Sloopy Solar Energy LLC held its first public informational meeting on July 8, 2025 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Hollenbeck Bayley Creative Arts Conference Center at Clark State College, 275 South Limestone Street, Springfield, OH 45505, in order to provide the public with an opportunity to become informed about the Project and ask questions. Information addressing the facility was made available through an open-house, poster board session format. Attendees arrived anytime between 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to engage with Sloopy Solar Energy LLC representatives on hand to answer questions and solicit comments regarding the facility.

On September 30, 2025, Sloopy Solar hosted its second public informational meeting from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Arts and Crafts Building at the Clark County Fairgrounds, 4401 South Charleston Pike, Springfield, OH 45502. Information describing the facility was made available through an open house, poster board session format. Representatives from Sloopy Solar, including various subject matter experts, were available to answer questions about the Project. Attendees arrived anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to engage with Project representatives on hand to answer questions regarding the facility.
